 Dante Petersen Stanley was born in Japan and earned a B.A. from the University of Miami. He is now pursuing an M.A. in East Carolina University’s Maritime Program and works as a Museum Assistant at the Chicago Maritime Museum. His focus lies in advancing efforts to preserve maritime cultural heritage, particularly in areas where maritime heritage is not at the fore of public consciousness.
